These gauntlets give 33.4 armour and 210 life points. They also reduce damage from monsters by 0.84%. This makes them a solid pick for melee training at this level. The item is tradeable and available to free players.

Players can also make these gauntlets with level 40 Smithing. You need a hammer, an anvil or forge, 2 adamant bars, and a pair of adamant gauntlets + 1. Making them gives 340 Smithing experience. They can also be turned into adamant burial gauntlets for extra experience.

If you use the Invention skill, the gauntlets can be taken apart. Disassembly gives 16 materials. Possible parts include cover parts, plated parts, deflecting parts, strong components, and protective components.
