Players can make the dust by crushing an alchemical hydrix with a chisel. This needs level 90 Crafting and makes 10 dust per gem. It can also be made at an Inventor's workbench with level 117 Invention and level 90 Crafting. The dust drops from the Zanaris Market trinket stall at level 116 as well, but it is rare there.
