The anchovy pizza is a food item in RuneScape 3. Players make it by adding cooked anchovies to a plain pizza. This needs level 55 Cooking. It is a free-to-play item that can be traded and noted.
This pizza heals up to 1,374 life points. It is eaten in two bites, and each bite heals 687 life points. That makes it one of the best healing foods for free-to-play players. When used with expensive spices, it heals an extra 100 life points, for a total of 1,474.
The pizza has a special trick that makes it great for PvP. The first bite can be eaten faster than normal food. This lets a player eat the first half of a pizza and another food, like a swordfish, in the same time it takes to eat one normal food. Together, that heals 2,087 life points. Many players use this to survive big hits in free-to-play fights. Some players also eat several first halves in a row to heal fast when fighting groups.
An anchovy pizza can also be one of the items needed in the Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf quest.
