Description
Spice is a Cooking item in RuneScape 3. It comes in a small shaker, but it works only one time. Each shaker is a single-use item.
The main use for spice is making curry. Add spice to an uncooked stew and it turns into uncooked curry. This works the same as adding three curry leaves, but it is faster since you only need one item. Cooking the curry grants 60 Cooking XP.
Spice is also needed in three quests. You must have it for Desert Treasure, Missing My Mummy, and the Freeing the Goblin generals part of Recipe for Disaster.
Spice can make other items too. It combines with fishing bait to make spicy maggots, with minced meat to make spicy minced meat, with chopped tomato to make spicy tomato, and with a jug of wine to make spiced wine. It is also used for the blessed pot and silver pot.
Spice is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to buy in bulk for quests or Cooking training. It weighs 0.2 kg and does not stack in your inventory.
