Description
The arcane spirit shield is a tier 75 Magic shield in RuneScape 3. It is an ethereal shield with an arcane sigil attached. You need level 75 Defence and level 75 Prayer to wield it. It gives 338.8 armour, a Prayer bonus of 3, and 7.5% PvM damage reduction.
The shield has a strong passive effect. It reduces all incoming damage by 30%. In return, 20% of the blocked damage is drained from your prayer points. The effect only works while you have prayer points left. This makes the shield a great pick for tough boss fights and long PvM trips.
The arcane sigil used to make this shield is a very rare drop from the Corporeal Beast. It is joined to a blessed spirit shield, which needs level 90 Prayer and 85 Smithing plus the quest Summer's End. Buying the finished shield lets you skip all that work.
The arcane spirit shield can also be augmented with an augmentor. It is the Magic version in the sigil shield line, next to the Divine, Elysian, and Spectral shields. The shield is tradeable.
