Description

Axeman's folly is a player-made ale in RuneScape 3. When you drink it, it gives a temporary boost of 1 to 2 levels to your Woodcutting skill. It also heals some life points. Like most ales, it lowers your Attack and Strength skills a small amount for a short time.

This ale is popular with players who are just one level short of a Woodcutting goal. Many use it to take part in the Evil Tree activity. It can also help you chop a tree that is just above your level. At higher levels, it can help you find an ancient effigy.

Axeman's folly is brewed with the Cooking skill at level 49. Its special ingredient is oak roots, which come from digging up an oak tree stump grown with Farming. The recipe also uses buckets of water, barley malt, and ale yeast.
