Description

The Azurite moth jar is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. Players release the moth from the jar to gain the Azurite moth status. This status removes one moth or mushroom bait type that does not interest a big game creature in Hollow Hill. The buff lasts 10 minutes, and releasing more moths stacks it up to 60 minutes. It works like the tier 3 Hunter Lodge upgrade for Anachronia Big Game Hunter.

Players can make this item themselves by catching an Azurite moth in Hollow Hill with a butterfly net and a butterfly jar in their backpack. This needs level 98 Hunter and gives 192 Hunter experience. Catching the moth with bare hands needs level 103 Hunter and 98 Agility, and gives 192 Hunter experience plus 120 Agility experience. The moths are found by searching hollow trees in a cave in Hollow Hill.

The Azurite moth jar is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to buy and move around. It is not stackable and cannot be equipped. It weighs nothing. It can also be disassembled, most often giving Simple parts, with a small chance of Variable components.
