Bagrada rex meat is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. It comes from hunting a bagrada rex, which needs level 75 Hunter and level 55 Slayer, along with raw manta ray bait. Each bagrada rex always drops 1 to 2 pieces of raw meat.

The raw meat can be cooked at level 75 Cooking on a range or fire. Cooking it gives 150 Cooking experience per piece. This makes it a solid choice for players who want to train Cooking with meat from Anachronia.

The meat has more uses too. In Big Game Hunter, raw bagrada rex meat works as bait for the spicati apoterrasaur on Anachronia. Players can also put it in a trough to make Meaty mush or Variety mush, which gives 17 experience. Meaty mush is used to feed dinosaurs like the bagrada rex at the player owned farm.
