Description
The Bane full helm is a tier 75 melee helmet in RuneScape 3. It is tank armour worn in the head slot. You need level 80 Defence to wear it. It is a members-only item and part of the Banite armour set.
This helmet gives 338.8 armour and a 750 life points bonus. It also cuts damage you take by 1.5% in PvM and 2.8125% in PvP. That makes it a solid pick for melee players who want to stay alive longer in tough fights.
The helm can be upgraded at a forge and anvil with bane bars. Each upgrade raises its tier and armour, up to the Bane full helm + 4 at tier 79 with 375.2 armour. The + 4 version also boosts life points to 790 and gives better damage reduction.
The helmet degrades over 10,000 charges of combat and can be repaired. You can fix it with coins, on an armour stand or whetstone, or with bane bars at an anvil. It is tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled. It is also very light, so it will not weigh you down.
