Bane gauntlets + 1 are tier 76 melee hand armour in RuneScape 3. You need level 80 Defence to wear them. They are bane gauntlets that have been upgraded one time, which raises them from tier 75 to tier 76.
These gauntlets are tank armour. They give 86.9 armour, a 380 life points bonus, and a 1.52% PvM damage reduction. They protect your hands well while you fight monsters or train combat.
The gauntlets degrade over 20,000 charges of combat, then break to a repairable state. A full repair costs a base of 80,000 coins, and the cost scales with the damage. You can repair them for less on an armour stand or whetstone, or reforge them on an anvil with 1 bane bar.
You can upgrade them further to bane gauntlets + 2 at a forge and anvil using 2 more bane bars. This item is members only, tradeable, and noteable. It can also be disassembled, giving mostly Cover parts, Deflecting parts, and Plated parts. It weighs just 0.005 kg, so it adds almost nothing to your load.
