Buy RS3 Bone rune

Description

The Bone rune is one of the four necrotic runes in RuneScape 3. Necromancy players need these runes to cast incantations. Bone runes are a members-only item. They are tradeable and stackable, so a large supply takes up just one inventory spot.

Bone runes power many key incantations. Lesser Bone Shield needs level 25 and 5 bone runes. Higher spells like Greater Bone Shield, Life Transfer, Invoke Death, and Darkness all use them too. Split Soul, a level 92 incantation, takes 10 bone runes per cast. Darkness uses 40 at a time, so casters go through them fast.

Bone runes are also a crafting material at the Soul forge. Players use them to upgrade Necromancy gear like Death guards, Skull lanterns, and Deathwarden and Deathdealer armour pieces.

Players can craft these runes at the bone altar in the Necromantic Rune Temple. This needs level 20 Runecrafting, the Rune Mythos quest, and one impure essence per rune. Buying a stack skips that grind. A good supply of bone runes keeps a Necromancy player casting spells and upgrading gear without stopping to make more.
