Buy RS3 Skull lantern (tier 70)

Description

The Skull lantern (tier 70) is an off-hand Necromancy weapon in RuneScape 3. It is part of the Death Skull equipment set. You need level 70 Necromancy to wield it. It is a members-only item and it is tradeable.

This lantern is a conduit, so it powers your Necromancy attacks. It has 1486 accuracy and an attack range of 6. Despite its name, it does not work as a light source.

To equip any skull lantern, you must craft that tier at least once yourself. You can buy a lower tier from another player and upgrade it at the soul forge. Making the tier 70 version needs level 65 Smithing, a tier 60 skull lantern, 4 ensouled bars, and 50 bone runes. This also requires Kili's Knowledge V and gives 250 Smithing experience.

You can push it further too. With level 75 Smithing, 3 greater ensouled bars, and 25 miasma runes, it becomes the tier 80 version. You can also use an augmentor on it to add a weapon gizmo and perks.

This is a solid off-hand pick for mid-level necromancers who want to grow their Death Skull set over time.
