Buy RS3 Bronze platebody

Description

The RS3 Bronze platebody is a melee body armour in RuneScape 3. It is a tier 5 tank armour that sits in the body slot. It only needs level 1 Defence to wear, so any player can put it on right away. It is also free-to-play, so members and free players can both use it.

This platebody gives more Defence than a bronze chainbody. That makes it a solid first choice for new melee fighters who want better protection early in the game. It also gives a small damage reduction of 0.1% against monsters and 0.3% against other players.

The Bronze platebody is tradeable, noteable, and lendable. Players can also smith it at a forge and anvil using 5 bronze bars. It can be disassembled for Invention materials like Cover parts, Plated parts, and Deflecting parts.

This item drops from monsters such as Animated Bronze Armour and skeletons in Tarn's Lair. Buying one is a fast way to gear up a fresh account or outfit a new melee build without extra training or grinding.
