Buy RS3 Casket-salvaging scrimshaw

Description

The casket-salvaging scrimshaw is a pocket slot item in RuneScape 3 that helps you find treasure while fishing. When you wear it, each fish you catch has a chance to bring up a casket. You can get an oak casket, a teak casket, or a mahogany casket. These caskets hold random rewards like gems, divine locations, and port resources such as bamboo, gunpowder, black slate, and jade.

Higher-tier fish give better chances at caskets. Lower-tier fish give more caskets over time because you catch them faster. The effect does not work while fishing ghostly sole.

You need level 80 to equip this scrimshaw. It can be turned on and off, and it lasts a total of 3 hours before it turns to dust. You can combine scrimshaws of the same type to last up to 24 hours, and you can split them apart again. It is a members-only item.

This scrimshaw is a smart pick for players who spend long hours fishing. It adds extra rewards to training you are already doing, so your time at the fishing spot pays off in more than just XP.
