Description

Jade is a semi-precious gem in RuneScape 3. It is a low level gem that is great for training Crafting. Cutting an uncut jade with a chisel needs level 13 Crafting and gives 20 Crafting experience. At lower levels the gem can crush by mistake, but at level 50 Crafting this stops.

Jade can be made into jewellery with a silver bar, a mould, and a furnace. This jewellery can be enchanted with the Lvl-2 Enchant spell to gain special powers. A jade ring becomes a ring of respawn, which teleports you to unlocked respawn points. A jade necklace becomes a traveller's necklace. A jade bracelet becomes a Flamtaer bracelet, which builds a temple wall in Shades of Mort'ton. A jade amulet becomes a botanist's amulet, which gives a chance to make a 4-dose potion.

Jade also works for Fletching. One gem makes 12 jade bolt tips at level 26 Fletching. Enchanted jade bolts can stun a target for 4.8 seconds. Cut jade can also be sold for 90 trading sticks at the Tai Bwo Wannai Cooperative. Jade is tradeable, noteable, and free-to-play players can use it.
