Buy RS3 Cooking apple
The cooking apple is a fruit in RuneScape 3 used as a Cooking ingredient. It is the main ingredient in apple pies. Use a cooking apple on a pie shell to make an uncooked apple pie, then cook the pie on a range. Making an uncooked apple pie needs level 30 Cooking. Cooking apples are also used to make summer pies and cider.
Cooking apples have big uses in Farming too. You can store five of them in a basket to make a basket of apples. Farmers accept these baskets as payment to watch your planted trees. One basket covers willows and strawberries. Four baskets cover a banana tree. You can also turn cooking apples into apple mush, fruity mush, variety mush, or compost.
These apples grow on apple trees planted from apple tree seeds in fruit tree patches. This needs level 27 Farming, and each tree gives up to six apples at a time.
The cooking apple is tradeable, not equipable, and not stackable. It cannot be eaten on its own. Its examine text says "Keeps the doctor away," a nod to the old proverb. It is a simple item that supports both Cooking and Farming training.
