The RS3 Death tiara is a members only headwear item infused with the power of the death altar. When worn in the head slot, it lets you enter the death altar with one left click. This saves a backpack space, since you do not need to carry a death talisman.
A death tiara is made by using a tiara on the death altar with a death talisman in your backpack. This needs only level 1 Runecrafting and gives 50 Runecrafting experience. The tiara can also drop as loot from dragon implings, which need level 83 Hunter to catch.
The death tiara can also be used on the wicked hood. This gives the hood two free teleports to the death altar and 5 free death runes each day. The tiara is used up when you do this.
The tiara has no combat stats and no requirements to wear. It weighs 1 kg and is tradeable and noteable. It can also be disassembled as magic armour for parts like magic parts and powerful components. It is a simple and useful item for any player who trains Runecrafting.
