Dinosaur 'propellant' is a members-only material in RuneScape 3. It is stackable, tradeable, and weighs nothing, so it is easy to keep in large amounts.

Its main use is fletching. Attach dinosaur 'propellant' to tempered fungal shafts to make headless dinarrows. Add sharp shell shards to those to finish full dinarrows. Making dinarrows requires level 95 Fletching. Players can also put the propellant in a Compost Bin to make ultracompost. A stack of 50 propellant counts as one compostable item.

Players normally make this item in the Eggsperimentation minigame on Anachronia. It takes level 95 Firemaking, and the level can be boosted. Burning Potterington Blend fertilisers gives 3 to 34 propellant per burn, plus Firemaking XP. Gathering it yourself is high intensity, so buying a stack saves a lot of time and effort.

Dinosaur 'propellant' can also be disassembled for Invention. It falls under the Food and herbs category with a 0% base junk chance. It mostly gives Organic parts, with small chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components. This makes it a handy source of common parts for training Invention.
