Buy RS3 Elder shieldbow (unstrung)

Description

The elder shieldbow (unstrung) is a members-only Fletching item in RuneScape 3. It is cut from elder logs at level 95 Fletching and gives 116.4 experience. Add a bowstring or a fungal bowstring to make a full elder shieldbow. Stringing it gives another 116.4 experience.

Once strung, the elder shieldbow is a tier 60 Ranged weapon. You need level 60 Ranged and 60 Defence to wield it. It has a built-in shield, so it gives armour and works with Defence abilities like Rejuvenate. It fires arrows and has an attack range of 8 spaces. Its stats include 1132 accuracy, 318.0 ability damage, 226.4 armour, and 6% PvM damage reduction.

With level 45 Dungeoneering and 10,000 tokens, you can buy a shieldbow sight and attach it. This makes the elder shieldbow (sighted), which has the bonuses of a level 65 weapon. It then needs 65 Ranged and Defence to wield.

The unstrung bow is tradeable and noteable. It can also be disassembled for Invention parts like stave, flexible, and tensile parts, plus a small chance at precise or strong components. It cannot be equipped until it is strung.
