Description

Emberkeen boots are strong melee boots in RuneScape 3. They are made by upgrading a pair of steadfast boots with two steadfast scales. You need level 90 Defence to wear them.

These are tier 90 power armour for the boots slot. They give 108.9 armour, a 14.0 damage bonus, and a prayer bonus of 2. Their stats match masterwork boots, so they are a great pick for high level melee combat. Magic users have hailfire boots and rangers have flarefrost boots as the matching versions.

The boots degrade over 100,000 hits of combat. When the charge runs out, they turn back into steadfast boots. You can use a steadfast scale on them to add 50% charge. Once you equip them, the boots become untradeable for good, even at full charge. If you lose them to another player in the Wilderness, they drop with the charges they had left.

Emberkeen boots can also be disassembled for Invention. They always give 3 Dragonfire components with no junk chance. Other possible materials include Cover parts, Plated parts, Deflecting parts, Strong components, and Protective components.
