Description

Steadfast boots are melee boots for RuneScape 3. They are tank armour for the feet slot. You need level 85 Defence to wear them. You do not need to finish the Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest, even though the in-game skill guide says so.

These boots give the highest non-degrading armour rating for the feet slot outside of Dungeoneering. They are tied with ragefire and glaiven boots. They have an armour rating of 108.9, a life points bonus of 425, and 1.7% PvM damage reduction. They never degrade, so you can use them as long as you want with no repair cost.

Steadfast boots drop from glacors, which are level 112 monsters. The drop is rare, so buying a pair saves a lot of time.

You can also upgrade them. Combine the boots with two steadfast scales to make level 90 emberkeen boots. The emberkeen boots degrade, and the upgrade cannot be undone except through combat wear.

Steadfast boots are a strong pick for any melee tank setup. They give solid defence, extra life points, and damage reduction in one non-degrading item.
