Description
The Fire battlestaff is a medium power fire staff in RuneScape 3. It needs level 30 Magic to wield. When you hold it, you get unlimited fire runes. This means you can cast fire spells without buying or carrying fire runes. It also has a higher attack bonus than the basic staff of fire.
The staff has 432 ability damage, 454 accuracy, and a range of 8. It is a spell-casting weapon, so it works well for players who train Magic or fight with fire spells.
This staff can grow with you. After the Scorpion Catcher quest, Thormac can upgrade it to a mystic fire staff. With level 85 Crafting, you can attach a shade skull to make a shade battlestaff of fire. You can also change it into an air, earth, or water battlestaff with an elemental sphere or crystal of power.
Players with level 62 Crafting can make one by using a fire orb on a battlestaff for 125 Crafting experience. Monsters like fire giants and iron dragons also drop it. Buying one saves you the time spent crafting or hunting for a drop.
