Description

Fleeting boots are tier 80 Ranged power armour boots in RuneScape 3. They drop from Raksha, the Shadow Colossus. You need level 80 Ranged to wear them. They give 84.7 armour and a 12.5 damage bonus.

The boots have a passive effect called Winds End. It makes Piercing Shot cut the cooldown of Snipe by an extra 2 ticks with each hit. That is 3.6 seconds per hit instead of 2.4 seconds. Your Basic Attack also gets this same cooldown effect. This lets you use Snipe more often in fights.

The boots degrade over 60,000 charges of combat. You can repair them for up to 500,000 coins. The cost drops based on your Smithing level if you use an armour stand, a whetstone, or a legendary pet repair ability.

You can also upgrade the boots later. Attach a shadow spike to make enhanced fleeting boots. This raises them to tier 90 and keeps the Winds End effect. The upgrade cannot be undone, and the upgraded boots cannot be traded.

These boots are a strong pick for any Ranged build that uses Snipe in its rotation.
