Description
The Fruit Blast is a gnome cocktail in RuneScape 3. It is a food item that heals up to 200 life points when you drink it. You need level 37 Constitution to get the full healing amount. It is a members-only item that is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.5 kg.
Players can make a Fruit Blast at level 6 Cooking. Each one gives 50 Cooking experience. To make it, mix a pineapple, an orange, and lemons in a cocktail shaker. Then pour the mix into a cocktail glass and top it with lemon slices. You can buy the ingredients at the Tree Gnome Stronghold, such as at Heckel Funch's shop.
The Fruit Blast also matters for quests. During Recipe for Disaster: Another Cook's Quest, you can add ashes to one to make a dirty blast, which the quest needs. A premade Fruit Blast will not work for this, so a fresh one is key. The item can also be disassembled, and it mainly gives Organic parts. This makes the Fruit Blast useful for healing, quest work, and Invention materials all in one small drink.
