Description
The Ganodermic visor is a high-level magic helmet in RuneScape 3. It is part of the ganodermic armour set. You need level 75 Defence to wear it. It sits in the head slot and is a members only item.
This visor is tier 75 tank armour for the Magic class. It gives strong armour, plus a life points bonus. It also cuts the damage you take by 1.5% against monsters and 2.8125% against other players. This makes it a solid pick for mages who want to stay alive longer in tough fights.
The visor degrades as you fight. It lasts for 30,000 charges of combat. When it fully degrades, it turns back into a mycelium visor web. You can repair a partly degraded visor with ganodermic flakes and thread before that happens. You can also clean the visor at any time to get the web back, along with half of the remaining charges as flakes.
The visor is made by sewing 500 ganodermic flakes onto a mycelium visor web. It weighs 0.4 kg. Its examine text reads: "A visor encrusted with ganodermic flakes."
