Description

Gloves of passage are tier 85 melee power gloves in RuneScape 3. They are a members-only item that you can trade, equip, and note. You need level 85 combat stats to wear them. The gloves give 96.2 armour, an 80 melee damage bonus, and a 13.2 strength bonus.

These gloves have a passive effect called Enduring Ruin. When the Rend ability hits a target, your next melee attack within 6 seconds deals 10% more damage. The target also takes 20% more damage from bleeds for 10 seconds. This bleed effect does not work in PvP. The effect stays active even if you switch gloves or use defensive abilities.

The gloves degrade over 60,000 charges of combat. A repair NPC can fix them for up to 300,000 coins. You can pay less by using an armour stand, a whetstone, or a legendary pet's Item Repair ability, based on your Smithing level.

You can also upgrade them to tier 90 Enhanced gloves of passage. This takes 1,000 glacor remnants, 10 necronium bars, and a Leng artefact. Gloves of passage are a strong pick for melee players who use bleed abilities.
