Description

Great maki is a members-only sushi food in RuneScape 3. When eaten, it heals 2,100 life points right away. It also restores 1% of your prayer points every 1.8 seconds, up to a total of 5% prayer recovery. You need at least level 84 Constitution to get the full healing amount.

You cannot eat a second great maki until the prayer restore effect from the first one wears off. That is why many players carry other food with it, like rocktail, cavefish, or shark. Unlike great gunkan, you can still eat great maki even when your life points and prayer points are full.

Great maki is made at level 84 Cooking by combining a raw great white shark with seaweed, giving 150 Cooking experience. To make it, you must first unlock the sushi perk from the Prawnbroker in the Aquarium.

This item is tradeable and noteable, so it is easy to move and store. It is a strong pick for players who want food that heals and brings back prayer at the same time, such as during boss fights or long combat trips.
