Description

Grenwall spikes are a members-only item in RuneScape 3. Players get them by hunting grenwalls, a creature found in Isafdar. Catching a grenwall needs level 77 Hunter, a box trap, and pawya meat as bait. The bait is not needed if you have the Tirannwn quiver 2 or better.

These spikes have a big role in Herblore. Five spikes are the secondary ingredient for extreme ranging potions. Players who train Herblore or want strong ranged potions use a lot of them. The spikes can also be used to make headless arrows for Fletching.

Grenwall spikes are used in Big Game Hunter too. They deal damage in the giant kebbit encounter after the kebbit is poisoned.

The spikes are tradeable and stackable, and they weigh nothing. This makes them easy to store and carry in bulk. They can be disassembled for Invention, giving mostly Organic parts with small chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components.

Besides grenwalls, the spikes drop from monsters like Cadarn rangers and Bulbous crawlers. They can also come from divine box traps at level 77 Hunter.
