Lvl-4 Enchant is a Magic spell in RuneScape 3. It comes from the standard spellbook and needs level 57 Magic to cast. Each cast uses 10 Earth runes and 1 Cosmic rune and gives 67 Magic experience. The spell has no cooldown, so you can cast it over and over.

The spell turns diamond jewellery into magic items. A diamond amulet becomes an Amulet of power. A diamond necklace becomes a Phoenix necklace. A diamond ring becomes a Ring of life. A diamond bracelet becomes a Forinthry bracelet. It can also enchant diamond root dust into enchanted diamond root dust.

Lvl-4 Enchant is the highest enchantment spell in free-to-play, though free players can only use it on diamond amulets. It is also the fastest non-combat way to train Magic in free-to-play, with a top speed of about 201,000 XP per hour.

The spell can also be saved on soft clay at a lectern in a player-owned house. This makes a magic tablet. Players below level 57 Magic can use the tablet on diamond jewellery to enchant it. Use the tablet on the item instead of breaking it.
