Description

Magic logs are logs cut from magic trees in RuneScape 3. Cutting them needs level 80 Woodcutting and gives 365 experience per log. The logs are free-to-play items, but the trees are members only.

Magic logs are great for training. At level 75 Firemaking, they give 303.8 experience when burned, or 309.5 on a bonfire. They can also be made into magic incense sticks. At level 80 Fletching, they can be cut into a magic shortbow. At level 85, they make a magic shieldbow, and at level 92, a magic stock. They are also used in Barbarian Smithing to make a rune spear or rune hasta, and they can give up to 391.5 Construction experience at Fort Forinthry.

Players also need magic logs for quests. Desert Treasure needs 12, Plague's End needs 10, and Mourning's End Part I needs one. With sacred oil, they become magic pyre logs for Prayer and Firemaking training in Shades of Mort'ton or the Columbarium.

Buying magic logs saves hours of chopping. Skip the level 80 Woodcutting grind and get right to training Fletching, Firemaking, or finishing quests.
