The Masterwork Spear of Annihilation is a tier 92 melee spear in RuneScape 3. It is a members-only weapon that uses the stab attack style. It has 2577 accuracy and 2056.2 ability damage. In lore, this is the reforged spear Bandos used to kill the god Jododu Otoku, the act that made him a god.

The spear has a strong passive effect. It makes melee bleed abilities last 50% longer. Dismember goes from 8 hits to 12 hits. Slaughter goes from 6 hits to 9 hits. Massacre goes from 7 hits to 10 hits. With the Strength cape perk, Dismember can reach 15 hits. The longer bleeds also work well with the Champion's ring, the Gloves of passage, and the Attacker's insignia.

This bleed boost, plus its tier 92 power, makes the spear the best weapon to use against the Corporeal Beast. The spear is treated as a Bandos item in the God Wars Dungeon and can be augmented.

The spear degrades over 60,000 charges of combat. It can be repaired with glorious bars at an Imcando anvil. Each bar restores 15% of its charges. It is tradeable and noteable, and it stacks in the bank.
