The mithril full helm + 1 is a tier 31 melee head armour in RuneScape 3. It is the upgraded version of the mithril full helm. You need level 30 Defence to wear it.
This helm is tank armour, so it helps you take less damage in fights. It gives 94.0 armour and a 300 life points bonus. It also cuts damage you take by 0.6% in PvM and 1.125% in PvP. It has no prayer bonus.
Smiths can make this helm at a forge and anvil. A base mithril full helm needs level 30 Smithing and 2 mithril bars. Upgrading it to + 1 takes 2 more bars, for 4 bars in total and 480 Smithing experience. It can be upgraded again to a mithril full helm + 2, which raises the armour to 97.2.
The helm can also be disassembled for Invention. It gives 9.0 Disassembly XP and 8 materials from the melee armour group. Possible materials include Cover parts, Deflecting parts, Plated parts, Strong components, and Protective components. It is a solid pick for mid-level melee players who want more defence and life points.
