The Mithril platebody + 2 is a tier 32 melee body armour piece in RuneScape 3. It is a mithril platebody that has been upgraded twice at a forge and anvil. You need level 30 Defence to wear it. It is tradeable and works for free-to-play players.
This is tank armour for the body slot. It gives 111.7 armour and a 480 life points bonus. It also cuts damage taken by 0.64% in PvM and 1.92% in PvP. That extra armour and health helps melee fighters stay alive longer in combat.
Players with level 30 Smithing can make this item using a Mithril platebody + 1 and 10 mithril bars. Making it grants 1,200 Smithing experience. You can also combine it at the Grand Exchange with a Mithril full helm + 2, Mithril platelegs + 2, and Mithril kiteshield + 2 to form a Mithril armour set + 2.
The platebody can be disassembled for Invention parts. It often gives cover parts, plated parts, and deflecting parts. It can rarely give strong components and protective components. It weighs only 0.05 kg, so it is easy to carry.
