Moonlight mead is an ale in RuneScape 3 that heals 440 life points when you drink it. Players can brew it with level 44 Cooking, and draining the vat gives 380 Cooking experience. Each brew makes 8 glasses of mead. The recipe uses 2 buckets of water, 2 barley malt, 4 bittercap mushrooms, 1 ale yeast, and 8 beer glasses.

Moonlight mead is a smart drink to bring into Mort Myre Swamp. Ghasts there can rot your food, but they cannot rot a drink. That makes this ale a safe way to heal in the swamp. It is also needed in the In Memory of the Myreque miniquest to build a statue for Radigad Ponfit.

A mature version, moonlight mead (m), heals 470 life points and can only be made by player brewing. You can also store 4 doses in a calquat keg, so one backpack space holds much more healing.

The item is tradeable, noteable, and members only. It weighs 0.55 kg. Despite its name, it has no honey in it, so it is not a true mead. It is an ale tied to Canifis, the town of werewolves.
