The mushroom potato is a members-only food item in RuneScape 3. It is a baked potato topped with butter, fried mushrooms, and fried onions. When you eat it, it heals up to 2,000 life points. You need at least level 80 Constitution to get the full healing amount.

This food is great for hard fights and long trips. It heals a lot in one bite, so it saves space in your bag. Each potato weighs 0.5 kg, and it is tradeable and noteable.

Making one from scratch takes work. You need level 64 Cooking, plus a potato, a bucket of milk, a bittercap mushroom, and an onion. You cook the potato, churn the butter, fry the mushroom and onion, and put it all together. Doing every step gives 270.5 Cooking experience. The final step never burns because no heat is used.

Mushroom potatoes also drop from monsters like Scutarius, Wingman Skree, Flight Kilisa, and Flockleader Geerin. Buying them ready to eat skips all the cooking steps, so you can get right back to training, bossing, or questing with strong food in your pack.
