This meat comes from the pavosaurus rex, a dinosaur that needs level 96 Hunter and level 76 Slayer to catch. The raw meat is cooked at level 89 Cooking on a range or fire. Each cook gives 215 Cooking experience. You stop burning it at level 99, or at level 94 if you wear cooking gauntlets.

The raw meat has another use too. At level 99 Cooking, it can be combined with raw malletops meat, red onion, and heirloom tomato to make a primal main course. That dish is one part of a primal feast.
