Description

Pernix gloves are tier 80 ranged power armour in RuneScape 3. They are part of the Pernix set, which drops from Nex in the God Wars Dungeon. You need level 80 Defence and level 80 Constitution to wear them.

These gloves are a strong pick for ranged combat. They give a damage bonus of 12.5, a prayer bonus of 2, and a life points bonus of 375. Wearing them, or any other piece of ancient armour, makes the factions in the God Wars Dungeon unaggressive. Only the monsters in the ancient prison will still attack you.

Pernix gloves degrade as you fight, losing two charges per hit over 30,000 charges. They do not lose any power as they degrade. When they run out, you can repair them at Bob in Lumbridge, other repair NPCs, or an armour stand in a player-owned house. The armour stand costs less as your Smithing level goes up.

Fully charged gloves can also be broken down into ranged praesulic essence at a dragonkin anvil. If you want top ranged gear for bossing or slayer tasks, Pernix gloves are a solid choice.
