Description
The empty plant pot is a Farming item in RuneScape 3. Players need it to grow tree seeds into saplings. This makes it a key item for anyone who wants to train Farming with trees, fruit trees, calquat trees, or spirit trees.
To use it, fill the empty pot at a farming patch that does not need weeding. Then use a tree seed on the filled pot with a gardening trowel in your inventory. This makes a seedling. Water the seedling with a watering can, and it grows into a sapling in a few minutes. The sapling is then ready to plant in a tree patch.
Players can also make this pot with the Crafting skill. At level 19 Crafting, use soft clay on a potter's wheel to make an unfired plant pot. Fire it in a pottery oven to finish it and earn 17.5 experience.
The empty plant pot is a members only item. It is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs 0.907 kg. It can also be disassembled, giving mostly Simple parts. Keep a few of these pots on hand to keep your tree runs going.
