Description

The Powerburst of vitality (1) is a one dose powerburst potion in RuneScape 3. When you drink it, your current and maximum life points double for 6 seconds. This makes it a strong tool for surviving big hits from bosses and other hard fights. The most life points you can have after drinking it is 32,000.

When the effect ends, your current and maximum life points are cut in half. This works a bit like the Debilitate ability for the damage you take. It is best to drink it when your health is high, and to avoid eating food during the 6 seconds, since that healing is lost when the effect wears off.

Drinking this potion starts the global powerburst cooldown. You cannot drink another powerburst potion for two minutes. The Kalphite King's Beetlejuice attack also blocks you from drinking it while you are greened.

This is a members only item. It is tradeable and noteable, and it can be disassembled for Invention materials. Players make it at level 105 Herblore with a powerburst vial, primal extract, poison slime, a Saradomin brew, and a rocktail. Higher Herblore levels improve the recipe.
