Raw bird meat is a members only item in RuneScape 3. It is a drop from Hunter birds, like the Crimson Swift, Golden Warbler, Copper Longtail, Cerulean Twitch, Tropical Wagtail, and Wimpy bird. You cannot eat it raw, but you can cook it into roast bird meat, a food that heals 200 life points.

Cooking it takes level 11 Cooking. Use an iron spit on the raw meat to make skewered bird meat, then use the skewer on a fire. Each success gives 62 cooking experience. This makes raw bird meat a handy way to train Cooking at low levels.

Raw bird meat also matters for Summoning. It is the tertiary ingredient for infusing spirit terrorbird pouches, which need level 52 Summoning. Players who train Summoning often need a big supply of it.

The item is tradeable and noteable, and it weighs only 0.15 kg. It can also be disassembled for materials such as Organic parts, Crafted parts, Living components, Healthy components, and Enhancing components. Whether you want food, Cooking XP, or Summoning pouches, raw bird meat is a useful item to stock up on.
