Raw rocktail is a fish in RuneScape 3. Players catch it at rocktail shoals in the Living Rock Caverns. Fishing them takes level 90 Fishing, and each catch gives 380 Fishing experience. Catching rocktails needs a normal fishing rod and living minerals as bait. The bait comes from mining the remains of living rock creatures.

Raw rocktails can be cooked at level 93 Cooking for 225 Cooking experience each. Cooked rocktails are one of the highest healing one bite foods in the game. That makes them a top pick for bosses and other hard fights.
