Description
Red spiders' eggs are a secondary Herblore ingredient in RuneScape 3. They are used to make some of the most helpful potions in the game. At level 22 Herblore, add them to a harralander potion (unf) to make a restore potion for 62.5 experience. At level 63, add them to a snapdragon potion (unf) to make a super restore for 142.5 experience. At level 73, add them to a weapon poison+ (unf) to make weapon poison+ for 165 experience.
They have other uses too. The Apothecary in Varrock trades a 4-dose strength potion for the eggs, a limpwurt root, and 5 coins. This is the only way for free players to get that potion without the Grand Exchange. The eggs also pair with raw sardines in Creature Creation to make a spidine, which drops more eggs when defeated.
Stocking up on red spiders' eggs saves time. The eggs spawn in dangerous spots like the Edgeville Dungeon in the Wilderness, the Chaos Tunnels, and the Varrock Sewers. Buying them in bulk skips the slow runs and keeps your Herblore training moving, whether you want restore potions, super restores, or weapon poison+.
