Description

Weapon poison+++ (4) is a four dose vial of the strongest weapon poison in RuneScape 3. Apply it to your weapon and each hit has a 12.5% chance to poison your target. The poison buff lasts 12 minutes. Each poison hit deals between 22.75% and 45.5% of your ability damage. The poison hits every 10 seconds and wears off after 3 minutes. Applying it again deals poison damage right away and renews the timer.

This potion works well with cinderbane gloves. Together they raise the base poison damage from 200 to 250, and the poison triggers more often than using either one alone.

Making this potion yourself needs level 100 Herblore. It is mixed from a three dose weapon poison++, poison slime, and primal extract, and gives 700 Herblore experience. Buying it ready to use skips all of that work.

You can combine six or more doses with a potion flask to make a weapon poison+++ flask. No level is needed to make flasks. The item is members only, tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled. It is a strong pick for bosses, slayer tasks, and long combat fights.
