Description

Roe is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. It is made of fish eggs. Players get roe by using a knife on a leaping trout or leaping salmon. These fish come from Barbarian fishing near the Baxtorian Falls. Cutting the fish needs level 1 Cooking and gives 10 Cooking experience.

Roe has three main uses. Players can eat it to restore 300 life points. To eat it, right-click the item. Players can also use roe as bait to catch more fish during Barbarian Training. Roe can also be mixed with basic 2-dose potions to make Barbarian mix potions. These include Attack, Strength, Magic, Ranging, Restore, Antipoison, and Relicym's balm mixes.

Many players use roe as bait for more Barbarian fishing or store it in the bank chest at the Barbarian Assault lobby. Roe can also be disassembled for Invention. It gives mostly Organic parts, with small chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components.

Roe weighs 0.05 kg. It is tradeable and noteable, and it stacks only when noted. It is a handy item for training, healing, and potion making in RS3.
