Description
Rune arrows are ammo for ranged combat in RuneScape 3. They are stronger than adamant arrows and are the best arrows a Free-to-play player can use. You need level 50 Ranged to fire them, and they have a tier of 50 with an ability damage of 480. A magic shortbow, magic shieldbow, or any stronger bow can shoot them at full damage.
These arrows are stackable, tradeable, and weigh nothing, so they take up almost no space in your inventory. Ava's attractor or any of its upgrades will pick up your fired arrows for you, so you lose fewer arrows while training or fighting.
Players can also make rune arrows with skills. At level 75 Fletching, you can combine 15 rune arrowheads with 15 headless arrows to make 15 arrows and gain 187.5 Fletching experience. Rune arrows can also be disassembled for materials like Head parts and Precise components.
Rune arrows are a smart pick for any ranger at level 50 or above. They give strong damage at a low cost, which makes them great for training Ranged, fighting monsters, or stocking up before a long trip.
