Rune arrowheads are an item in RuneScape 3. They are used to make rune arrows, one of the best arrow types for training Ranged. You need level 75 Fletching to use them.
To make rune arrows, combine 15 rune arrowheads with 15 headless arrows. This gives you 15 rune arrows and 187.5 Fletching experience. Headless arrows are made by adding feathers to arrow shafts. This makes rune arrowheads a great pick if you want to train Fletching fast or stock up on strong ammo.
Players can also smith rune arrowheads at level 50 Smithing. Each rune bar makes 75 arrowheads and gives 240 Smithing experience. You need a hammer and an anvil to make them. Buying them ready made saves you time and bars.
Rune arrowheads are stackable and tradeable. They work for free-to-play players too, so anyone can use them. They can also be disassembled for parts like head parts, stave parts, crafted parts, and precise components. In the game, they drop from bosses such as the Chaos Elemental, Dagannoth Supreme, and hard mode Kree'arra, but a bulk stack means you can skip the grind and get right to fletching.
