Spicy sauce is a members-only food and cooking ingredient in RuneScape 3. It is made by mixing chopped garlic with Gnome spice. Regular spice and Evil Dave's Spices do not work. Making it needs level 9 Cooking and gives 25 Cooking experience.

You can eat spicy sauce to heal 200 life points. Most players use it in other recipes instead. Add it to cooked meat or minced meat at level 11 Cooking to make chilli con carne. This gives no experience. You can then add the chilli con carne to a potato with butter at level 41 Cooking. This makes a chilli potato and gives 15 Cooking experience.

Spicy sauce can also be broken down with the Disassemble skill. It falls under the Food and herbs category. It gives 0.2 Disassembly XP and has a 90.1% base junk chance. It can give Organic parts, Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, or Living components.

The item weighs 0.5 kg. It is tradeable, noteable, edible, and disassemblable. It cannot be worn or stacked. Its examine text reads "A bowl of spicy sauce". It is a handy item for training Cooking or making tasty healing food.
