Description
The Spirit cockatrice pouch is a Summoning pouch in RuneScape 3. It is used to summon a spirit cockatrice, a forager familiar. You need level 43 Summoning to use it. Summoning the familiar costs 50 Summoning points and lasts for 32 minutes.
The spirit cockatrice fights in aggressive combat mode. It has a combat level of 51 and 5,300 life points. While it is out, it sometimes forages for cockatrice eggs and can hold up to 30 items. Its special move is Petrifying Gaze, which drains the target's Defence level when used with a Spirit Cockatrice scroll.
The pouch has other uses too. You can turn one pouch into ten Petrifying Gaze scrolls at a Summoning obelisk. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district in Prifddinas, that obelisk gives 12 scrolls per pouch. At level 50 Summoning, you can trade pouches to Bogrog or Lord Amlodd for 62 spirit shards each. Lord Amlodd gives 68 shards per pouch if you have done the hard Tirannwn achievements.
The pouch can also be disassembled for Spiritual parts, Crafted parts, Flexible parts, and a small chance of Powerful components.
