A basket of Strawberries (5) in RuneScape 3 is a basket filled with five strawberries. It is a members item that can be traded and noted. Each strawberry heals 200 plus 6% of your maximum life points when eaten. At 99 Constitution, that means 594 life points per berry and up to 2970 life points from a full basket.

This makes the basket one of the best healing items for a single inventory slot. Its total healing is close to a Saradomin brew (4), but it does not drain your stats. It does drain Adrenaline, and it takes five bites to get the full amount. Strawberries heal more than rocktail soup if you have at least 8337 life points.

Strawberry baskets work well for low damage activities like Agility training and temple trekking. They are also useful in Farming, where three baskets of Strawberries (5) pay a farmer to watch a dwellberry bush or an orange tree.

Strawberries are also an ingredient in summer pies, which need level 95 Cooking. With strong healing and many uses, a basket of Strawberries (5) is a handy item for any RS3 player.
