Description

Studded leather gloves are a pair of ranged gloves in RuneScape 3. They are part of the studded leather armour set. You need level 20 Defence to wear them. They are tier 20 tank armour, so they give solid protection for low level ranged players. They also give a small 0.4% damage reduction against monsters.

These gloves work best with a ranged setup. They lower your accuracy with melee, magic, and necromancy attacks, so keep them for bow and crossbow combat.

Players with level 42 Crafting can make these gloves by adding steel studs to plain leather gloves. This gives 40 Crafting experience. The gloves are tradeable and can be noted, so they are easy to buy, sell, or store.

Studded leather gloves can also be taken apart with Invention. They count as ranged armour and can give cover parts, padded parts, tensile parts, and sometimes evasive or protective components.
